The Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) aims to promote education and research in health, improve the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of human diseases, as well as advance education and research in biology, physiology, immunology, and genetics of living organisms.

The Dean's Office of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) is a new administrative institution aimed at coordinating the work of the departments that make up the Faculty. It is called to operate during a particularly challenging period for the economy and the development of the Public University. The challenges faced by the Dean's Office, alongside the necessary establishment of its coordinating and supervisory role, range from the continuous upgrading of study programs and the consolidation of national and international collaborations to promote mobility and research, to securing financial resources and attracting new scientists.

The continuous improvement of the quality of education provided at undergraduate and postgraduate levels is a key priority for the upgrading of studies and the excellent training of young scientists. At the same time, special effort is directed towards the development and support of research with infrastructure and technology in cutting-edge fields, which will strengthen the position of the SSE in international assessments.
